Once you see our selection of yarn, you’ll understand why Only Ewe and Cotton Too may quickly become your home away from home.
Matching your yarn to your project can take some practice. It’s important to get the weight or gauge of the yarn correct so that your finished project comes out like you’re expecting it to. Patterns specify the type of yarn needed to create the project, and we’ll be happy to help you choose a yarn that will turn out beautifully. CONTACT US via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
It’s also important to purchase all the yarn you’ll need for your project at the same time, for a couple of reasons. First, different dye lots have slight variations in color, and while it might not be noticeable as you look at the yarn in skein form, the difference will be more obvious in your finished project. Also, you want to make sure you have enough yarn to finish your project!
So, what comes first… the pattern or the yarn? It all depends!
- Maybe you’ll see a new yarn that sparks your imagination. Its texture, color, and feel draw you in and all you know is that you MUST make something with it!
- Or, maybe you’ll see a pattern or sample that captivates you. You can picture it in your favorite color, and all that’s left is choosing the perfect yarn to work with that pattern.
